Yoga Class Descriptions 2020


Lunch time Mindful movement 

A quick focussed practice to squeeze in when you need it. This flow class will promote strength, stability and relaxation to boost your energy and mood for the rest of the day. Suitable for all levels.


Gentle Hatha 

Looking for a gentle, tranquil yoga class that is not intimidating? This class is for you. We will move through poses slowly targeting tight muscles in a relaxed environment. Great for beginners and anyone looking for a calm practice to add into their week.


Stretch and Flow 

This class is designed for all levels to aid in mobility and strength. Cues offered to allow students to move into poses with ease to a depth available or challenge themselves on days when they want more.


Beyond Basics 

This energizing flow class will strengthen stretch, tone and relax. We will link movement to breath to help revitalize the body both physically and mentally. Optional hands-on gentle adjustments will help you find your perfect fit in each pose. Some yoga experience would be beneficial.


Weekend wind down One Sunday a month 7:00-8:15pm – by donation

Finish your weekend or start your week with a gentle, calm stretch that encourages you to unwind, de-stress, and freshen your mind for the week ahead. Gentle adjustments will aid in relaxation if you so wish. This is a Karma class that accepts donations for the studio to adopt a family for Christmas.
